For me myself, lyrido is my dream from my life experience. It reminds me of the time when I was studying in King’s College London, the night that I hanged out with classmates and attracted by the shiny shopwindow in Covent Garden but can’t find a decoration that matches the vibes of my room with a reasonable price. It reminds me of the day that my best friend from my high school drove me to Brandy Melville in Bay Area near San Francisco, told me that we girls should shop girly things together. It reminds of thousands of the times when I am alone in my bedroom, crying for the lyrics when listening to Taylor Swift songs, reading the Orlando and other masterpieces of Virginia Woolf. And actually Lyrido, the name, is the combination of Lyric and Orlando, to show my respect to the pioneers of feminism.

With encouragement from my bestie, here is Lyrido. We believe that decorating your home is not only about buying things, it’s the display of your self expression. It’s the container of your small pleasures and your memories of love or friendships. It’s the way of building healthy routines in the room of your own.
