Order Processing Time Every Lyrido glass is carefully inspected and packaged with love.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order? Once your butterfly glass has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Damaged or Lost Packages Because our cups are crafted from high-quality borosilicate glass, we package them with extreme care. However, if your order arrives damaged, we want to make it right immediately.

If your glass arrives damaged, please email us within [48 hours] of delivery at [hello@lyrido.com] with your order number and a clear photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will always try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
